Independent Web & AI Studio
A site you own, and software that does the busywork.
Websites designed and coded from scratch, plus the custom AI that runs behind them. For Tahoe Teas that means one idea becoming a week of email, blog posts, and Instagram, waiting on her phone for a yes.
Worked with

What I do
Three things, and I do all three myself.
Some want a website. Some want software that handles their content or their admin. Local businesses need the Google listing too, because that’s what people see first.
Web Design & Build
Drawn and coded from scratch. No theme, no page builder.
Design and build
I draw the layout, then I write the code. It ships on Next.js and it's yours to keep.
Integrations
Forms, payments, booking, a CMS you'll actually use. Wired into what you already run.
After launch
I keep it fast and fix what breaks. You text me. There's no ticket queue.
Findable by default
Schema, a sitemap, and a robots.txt that welcomes AI crawlers. Thryv and Hibu sell this as an upgrade.
Custom AI Systems
Software that does a job you're currently doing by hand.
Content engines
One idea becomes the email, the blog post and the caption. You approve, it publishes.
Internal tools
Dashboards and assistants for the work nobody wants to do twice.
Wired into your tools
Your CRM, your inbox, your Shopify store. It runs where the work already happens.
Local Search
For a local business, the Google listing is what people see first.
The listing itself
Categories, services, hours, photos. Most listings I open are filed under the wrong category.
Reviews, answered
Every review gets a real reply, plus a review link and a QR code for your counter.
One version of the truth
Google, Yelp and your own site agreeing on your address, hours and phone number.
Recent work
Selected work
The AI systems and the websites. Same hands on both.
AI systems
Software that runs on its own
Content engines, automation, internal tools. These are real applications with their own logins, running on their own schedule.

Tahoe Teas
One idea goes in. Out comes an email, a blog post, and an Instagram caption, each one grounded in the brand's own writing and approved by the owner before it goes live. A text gets drafted too, waiting on carrier approval.

A few honest reasons to hire me
Three things I would want to know if I were the one doing the hiring.
01
Speed
Live in two to three weeks.
I scope the site tight and start building in week one. No discovery phase that eats a month, no committee to schedule around. The idea is still fresh when the thing goes live.
Two to three weeks is the norm. I'll tell you up front if yours isn't.
02
Craft
Hand-built, line by line.
Nothing here got dragged out of a template and recolored. Every page is drawn and coded from scratch, including this one.
This page is the sample. Scroll it, resize it, open it on your phone.
03
Partnership
You talk to the person who builds it.
There's no account manager in between, because there's nobody to hand you off to. The person you send feedback to is the person who opens the file and changes it.
My phone number is on this page. That's the whole escalation path.
Who you're working with
Lubin Digital is one person. Hire me and you get me, not a project manager relaying your notes to a contractor you'll never meet.

I'd rather do the work myself and answer for it than hand your project down a chain until no one remembers what you actually asked for.
I design and build websites. I also build the custom software that handles a business's content, its marketing, and the admin that quietly eats a day every week. Same person on the strategy, the design, and the code, so nothing gets lost between them.
I work remote with clients around the country, so where you're based has never been the question. Whether the thing is worth building is. I'll say so when it isn't, and I won't pad an invoice with features you don't need.

Selected clients
01
We talk first
A real conversation about what you sell and where the work piles up. No discovery deck, and no sales call dressed up as one.
02
I design and build it
I draw it, then I code it. Nothing gets lost in the handoff because there isn't one.
03
You own what ships
It's yours when it ships, not licensed back to you. I'm a text away when you want something changed.
Before you ask
The questions I hear most
Straight answers on timelines, cost, ownership, and how the AI part actually works. Still wondering about something? Just ask me directly.
About two to three weeks for a focused marketing site, counting from the day I have your copy, photos, and brand details. Week one is design and structure. Week two is building. Whatever's left goes to revisions and launch. Bigger builds and anything with custom AI run longer, and you'll get real dates with milestones before we start, not a shrug and "a few weeks."
Get in touch
Tell me what you're trying to build.
Send a few sentences about the project. You'll get a real reply within a day, with honest thoughts on how I'd approach it. No sales call required.
